I really love this! Even though I do not support FACE in many ways for many reasons, the way this is done is just too schematic. True to that of a photograph! Between America's fiddlings to Canada's trim hair and even England's disposition, it's all done flawlessly. I love the classic photographs and how people would gather to take them, I wish people still did that... Alas, it is usually a thing of the past-! I still would love to take a photo graph like this.
The colors as well, everything about it is just so perfect. The warm feeling of it all, it really is a comforting piece. As old photographs often gave off! Great job, I really feel you did their characters justice. Especially Canada, not many realize his father was France? So he would have amazing style and hair. Most people draw him as just a hairy lumber jack, but I see him as one but finer prim and proper! Nicely done, not to mention your lines and their equilibrium is utter perfection. Not a section uneven, it all falls perfectly and flows seamlessly. Awesome!
I really love this particular artwork piece. It looks like a family photo. Especially with Canada's hands placed on America's shoulder like that. America playing with his fingers in his lap, makes him look a bit camera shy (which we all know is not the case!)
I like this portrait. It almost looks like they got together for a family picture or something. I especially like the way Canada's drawn. There's so many variations of his character design but this one I especially am partial too. Thanks for a wonderful piece.
